Jasper Gabay is an Australian-born, New York-based filmmaker and a recent graduate of New York University's prestigious film and television program. Jasper has a passion for editing, stemming from an appreciation of rhythm through playing percussion. He has edited award-winning student thesis films, commercials, and feature-length projects. He has worked with multiple forms of production from 16/35mm filmmaking to virtual production and strives to explore every facet of the filmmaking process.
Jasper has 10+ years of experience with Premiere Pro, working on 20+ productions, as well as experience in DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Pro Tools, and Avid Media Composer, for which he is a Certified User (ACU). Jasper is also an experienced assistant editor and on-set data manager.
